Quick checks

1) Confirm the Mac running Lumeix can reach the bridge on the network.

2) Double-check the bridge IP address (and keep it static if possible).

3) After importing an Integration Report or changing network settings, fully quit and reopen Lumeix.

4) Make sure macOS firewall/security tools aren’t blocking local network traffic.

Most “nothing is working” issues come down to network reachability or integration being disabled on the bridge.

Common issues

Integrations won’t trigger — confirm RossTalk/HTTP is enabled in Lumeix settings, and your trigger device can reach the Mac.

Devices not showing — verify you’re using a Smart Bridge Pro 2 and the Integration Report was imported cleanly.

Delay or inconsistency — Wi-Fi quality matters. Hardwire the bridge and production machine when you can.

When emailing support, include: Lumeix version, macOS version, Smart Bridge model, and which integration you’re using (ProPresenter / Companion / Art-Net).

Frequently Asked Questions

Lumeix controls your house lights through Lutron Caséta — giving you quick access to presets, fades, and scenes right from your Mac.
You need a Lutron Smart Bridge Pro 2, Caséta-compatible dimmers/switches, and a Mac on the same network.
Unfortunately no. Lumeix needs advanced integration settings. The Lutron Smart Bridge Pro 2 supports advanced integration and telnet.

Yes. ProPresenter triggers scenes via RossTalk, and Companion can trigger scenes via RossTalk or HTTP.
Nope. Lumeix runs locally on your network, so house lights still work if the internet goes down.
For stage lighting, no. For house lights and room environments, yes — that’s what it’s built for.
Currently, Lumeix is macOS only.
